Danny demonstrates a ‘hands on’ approach within the company by being accessible to all clientele and strives to set the bar in providing unparalleled customer service to each and every client. Danny focuses his efforts on a commitment to customer satisfaction, effective service delivery and the implementation of cost-saving strategies for our clients.

Steve has some 26 year's experience in the security and related industries and has held several senior roles in management, operations, acquisitions, business development, quality and project management, with some of Australia's largest security providers. Steve provides leadership, guidance and direction to the management team and direct reports to ensure they’re able to perform their roles and manage their departments effectively and efficiently. He also establishes compliance, organisational and operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems and implementing change. He has overall responsibility for managing each department, including the performance of the Mobile Patrol & Alarm Response, Security Guarding, Cash Transit, Event and Electronic Security divisions.  He demonstrates full accountability for the performance and presentation of each and every contract in accordance with contractual and budgetary obligations, thoroughly reviews individual contracts and develops priority action plans with operational personnel.

Shaun directs and coordinates activities of the Electronics Division to design, install and maintain security systems – from simple household alarm systems through to comprehensive fully integrated alarm and CCTV set ups at major government and commercial sites. Shaun guides divisional activities through his team of Technicians, to design new installations, modify existing installations, improve installation techniques, and develop effective test procedures. Shaun utilises his wealth of experience, gained from over ten years in the security industry, to oversee all electronics installations, maintenance and repair services.

Theo has held senior management roles in the security industry since 1995 with some of Australia's largest security companies. He consistently demonstrates an exceptional commitment to client satisfaction and delivers a professional, personalised service to each and every client. He is always available to answer client queries and requests as a priority, at any time of the day or night. Theo conducts frequent visits with clients and audits staff across each division to ensure that the company’s reputation for providing the highest standard of security services is maintained. He has a strong focus on continuous operational improvement, compliance, customer satisfaction and retention. Theo is highly experienced in contract review meetings, coordinating field staff, day to day client liaison, continual improvement strategies, cash transit and procedural development. He is also highly experienced in the management of a range of private and public sector security contracts, including the Defence industry.

Adam is responsible for the management of our Deputy rostering system, facilitating operational personnel recruitment and deployment, payroll and monitoring the currency of security licensing, site induction and qualifications. He has a talent for maintaining accurate data and analytical thinking, these traits, along with his organisational skills and customer service focus, makes him the ideal person for his role as Operations Manager. Adam also has a strong passion for driving a culture of health, safety and the environment amongst our workforce.
