Danny has spent the last 20 years in various management roles in the security industry. Danny demonstrates a ‘hands on’ approach within the company by being accessible to all clientele and strives to set the bar in providing unparalleled customer service to each and every client. Danny focuses his efforts on a commitment to customer satisfaction, effective service delivery and the implementation of cost saving strategies for our clients.


Ian HaylockIan Haylock
Chief Operating Officer

Ian provides leadership, guidance and direction to the management team and direct-reports to ensure they’re able to perform their roles and manage their departments effectively and efficiently. He also establishes compliance, organisational and operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems and implementing change. He has overall responsibility for managing each department, including the performance of the Mobile Patrol & Alarm Response, Security Guarding, Cash Transit, Event and Electronic Security divisions.  He demonstrates full accountability for the performance and presentation of each and every contract in accordance with contractual and budgetary obligations, thoroughly reviews individual contracts and develops priority action plans with operational personnel.


Steve ReedSteve Reed
Commercial Manager

Steve has some 26 year's experience in the securiy and related industries and has held several senior roles in management, operations, acquisitions, business development, quality and project management, with some of Australia's largest security providers.  He is a detail orientated individual who is committed to the commercially viable and sustainable growth of business through strategic planning and adaptable, effective execution. After establishing a sound appreciation for critical thinking, risk detection, procedural processes and coordination of high intensity situations in the law enforcement sector, his career has since been more deliberately focused on private enterprise in the services sector for the last twenty years.


Sam SkewesSam Skewes
Electronics Manager

Sam directs and coordinates activities of the Electronics Division to design, install and maintain security systems – from simple household alarm systems through to comprehensive fully integrated alarm and CCTV set ups at major government and commercial sites. Sam guides divisional activities through his team of Technicians, to design new installations, modify existing installations, improve installation techniques, and develop effective test procedures. Sam utilises his wealth of experience, gained from over fourteen years in the security industry, to oversee all electronics installations, maintenance and repair services.


Adam BritzAdam Britz
Operations Manager

Adam has some 8 year's experience in the security industry, spanning customer service, project management, change management, contractor compliance and workforce management. He implements human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. He promotes a culture of accountability within the organisation by communicating job expectations effectively to employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards throughout his guarding and cash transit portfolios.


Jamie TurnerJamie Turner
Operations Coodinator

Jamie is responsible for the management of our Deputy rostering system, facilitating operational personnel recruitment and deployment, payroll and monitoring the currency of security licensing, site induction and qualifications. He has a talent for maintaining accurate data and analytical thinking, these traits, along with his organisational skills and customer service focus, makes him the ideal person for his role as Operations Coordinator. Jamie also has a strong passion for driving a culture of health, safety and the environment amongst our workforce, holds a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety training an has been appointed as our Company Safety Officer.
