Rebecca is responsible for the overall extensive planning, development, adherence and auditing of the company’s PAS 99 Integrated Management Systems. The Company's industry leading Management Systems include Quality Management, Environmental Management and Work Health and Safety Management. Rebecca has placed the company at the forefront of the Australian security industry in this department with the achievement of the ISO (international standard) in all three categories.
Ian provides leadership, guidance and direction to the management team and direct-reports to ensure they’re able to perform their roles and departments effectively and efficiently. Ian also establishes compliance, organisational and operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems and implementing change
Philip directs and coordinates activities of the Electronics Division to design, install and maintain security systems – from simple household alarm systems through to comprehensive fully integrated alarm and CCTV set ups at major commercial sites. Phil guides divisional activities through his team to design new installations, modify existing installations, improve installation techniques, and develop effective test procedures. Phil utilises his wealth of experience gained from over ten years in the security industry to oversee all electronics installations, maintenance and repair services.
Simon consistently demonstrates an exceptional commitment to client satisfaction and delivers a professional, personalised service to each and every client. Simon is always available to answer client queries and requests as a priority, at any time of the day or night. Simon conducts frequent visits with clients and audits staff across each division to ensure that the company’s reputation for providing the highest standard of security services is maintained. Simon has a strong focus on continuous operational improvement, compliance, customer satisfaction and retention.
